Welcome to our schedule pickup page. If you have already scheduled your pickup at checkout when you ordered, you are good to go.
If you need to reschedule your pickup for any reason, you skipped scheduling your pickup, or you need to cancel your pickup, fill out the form below and we will contact you with your updated pickup time. Please note that our hours of operation are 9AM – 5PM and we will do our best to schedule the pickup time of your choice. First come, first serve.
Bareroot orders are available for pickup by appointment only. Appointments must be scheduled at least 24-36 hours ahead to allow for processing. Appointments are available most days, Monday – Saturday from 8:30 am -4:45 pm. We are closed on Sundays, contact us if a Sunday pickup is needed. Not all of your items may be in stock at the same time. For this reason we recommend checking with us before scheduling your appointment for pickup
At this time, we expect bareroot evergreens to be available starting April 1. Shade, flowering and fruiting plants are expected to be available starting April 8.
